Comment: This rhyme is a light-hearted attempt to make a method for Getting a New Life more light-hearted. See ‘Get a New Life’ for the topic here.

The method can be summarised, like this:

  1. Describe and analyse your Old Life.
  2. Identify what is good about your Old Life.
  3. Identify what is bad about your Old Life.
  4. Create a New Life, maximising the Good of the Old Life and Minimising the Bad of the your Old Life.
  5. Repeat steps 1-4, until you have a Now Life, which you want to continue living.
